These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging services provided by Concierge Flooring ("Concierge Flooring," "we," "our," or "us"). By opting in to receive text messages from Concierge Flooring, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Order and installation status
Customer service communications
Billing and payment reminders
Service-related notifications

11. Disclaimer
SMS message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network conditions. Concierge Flooring is not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.
